Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also log into your PawStore account and visit "My Orders" to track in real time. We partner with Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post.
We offer a 7-day easy return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Note: opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We accept all major payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, EMI on orders above ₹3,000, and Cash on Delivery in select pin codes.
Absolutely! Every product listed on PawStore is reviewed and approved by our panel of certified veterinarians. We only list products that meet our strict quality standards.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Go to "My Orders" in your account or contact our support team. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Yes! We deliver to 500+ cities across India. Metro cities get delivery in 1–2 days, Tier 2 cities in 3–4 days, and remote areas in 5–7 days. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see exact timelines for your location.
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most pin codes across India. A small COD handling fee of ₹40 may be applicable. Check COD availability at checkout by entering your pin code.
